Rather than charging a set rate, First Call VA Services will quote you on the scope of work you require. I’ll send you a brief to complete so that I can provide you with a full quote or proposal pending the tasks required.

 

When you choose to work with me, you’re paying for my years of experience, creativity, technical know-how, excellent reputation and my commitment to your project.

How do Clients generally send work through to VAs?

Most clients communicate their tasks and projects using email, phone, text messages or messenger. There is no right or wrong way to send work through. I have even been known to collect work from the client’s office if it is convenient. It’s not very different from working in a traditional ‘bricks and mortar’ office really.

 

 

What are First Call VA Services business hours?

My office hours are Monday to Friday 9 am – 5 pm. I will work outside these hours at times, but it is not expected of my clients that I am available 24hours.

 

 

What are the advantages of working with First Call VA Services?

I will only invoice you for the time spent on your tasks. I use time tracking software that tracks my hours and allows me to attach a timesheet with my invoice.
